We help home service contractors collect Google reviews, respond to leads automatically, and track their local search rankings. 2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create a CallForge account, we collect your name, email address, and business information including your business name, phone number, service area, and Google Business Profile link.

Customer Data You Provide

When you upload customer lists or add customers manually, we store the names and phone numbers you provide. This data is used solely to send review requests and lead follow-up messages on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any other purpose.

Lead Data

When a lead is submitted through your webhook endpoint, we collect the name, phone number, email address, and message content provided by the lead. This data is stored in your account and used to generate AI-powered response messages.

Payment Information

We use Stripe to process all payments. We never store your full credit card number, CVV, or expiration date. Stripe stores payment details securely under their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Usage Data

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us diagnose issues and improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the CallForge platform
  • Send SMS and email review requests to your customers on your behalf
  • Generate AI-powered lead response messages via Twilio SMS
  • Process your subscription payments through Stripe
  • Track your Google Maps ranking for keywords you define
  • Send you platform notifications and product updates
  • Respond to your support requests

4. SMS and Email Communications

CallForge sends SMS messages to your customers using Twilio on your behalf. By uploading customer phone numbers to our platform, you represent and warrant that you have obtained proper consent from those individuals to receive SMS messages from your business. We send review request messages only to numbers you explicitly provide. Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of future messages.

Email review requests are sent via SendGrid from your configured sender address. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate permission to email the addresses you upload.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and customer data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days of cancellation upon written request to [email protected]. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure database storage, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach that affects your personal information.
